NDP Review Gets Underway

The first steps on the road to a review of Staunton on Wye’s neighbourhood development plan (NDP) will be made n 9th November 2026.

All residents are invited to a review group meeting chaired by Councillor Loraine Boddington.

Planning rules have changed enormously since the NDP was written – the aim of the first meeting is to take the temperature of the parish on what worked, what didn’t, what has to go because the rules have changed, and what has to be introduced because the new rules require it.
