To receive a report of the site visit on 6th January 2026 (see below) and to consider a response to the consultation for the conversion to 20 no. flats, the erection of 28 no. new-build dwellings, and associated works including drainage, landscaping and infrastructure works, and to the related consultation for listed building consent.
